The mysterious artist Banksy uses stencil art that has become a world-wide street style. Recognisable shapes and patterns are used to create simple but quirky artworks. Stencil art uses smart design techniques to produce great “pop” images.

Students will build confidence, developing their skills whilst guided through set-by-step instructions and fun demonstrations to use tools for creative expression. Students will investigate a variety of media and techniques and take home a folio of activity sheets, cards and a ready-to-hang finished canvas.

We will be using different brushes, pens and pencils, paint, scissors as well as different papers. Teens classes employ more advanced techniques and tools.
